Role OverviewAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the agency’s rental portfolio by:

- Proactively generating and converting new landlord enquiries from various channels
- Delivering polished rental appraisals and confident listing presentations
- Managing the onboarding and transition of new managements
- Utilizing CRM systems and lead-generation tools to track and nurture prospects
- Collaborating closely with the property management and sales teams to maximize results
- Achieving monthly growth, conversion, and revenue targets
