Smoke Alarms Australia is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team, covering the Perth region. This is a newly created, full-time position combining field-based client visits with work-from-home flexibility, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous role and enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.

You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new business development, with the freedom to plan your own week while staying connected to a supportive, collaborative team. You will be part of a genuine sales culture, with recognition programs like our annual Sales Kick Off and BDM of the Year award celebrating top performers.

What You'll Do

- Meet with existing clients regularly to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities within their accounts.

- Proactively identify,



prospect and convert new business leads to drive revenue growth across the Perth region.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers in the local property and construction markets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

What We're Looking For

- A proven track record in business development or new business sales, ideally within fire safety, property management, or construction.

- Strong commercial acumen, resilience, and a genuine passion for driving results.
