Melbourne
TrueBlue Care | Melbourne, VIC
Permanent Part-Time | 3 Days per Week

At TrueBlue Care , we’re building a disability support organisation around one simple principle: provide the right support, to the right participant, with the right people around them.
Our focus is on quality, responsiveness and clinically informed care particularly where participants, families and referrers need confidence that a provider will understand complexity rather than simply say yes to every referral.
We’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us build the relationships that will support the next stage of our growth.
About the Role
This is a relationship-led role.
You’ll spend your time in the market meeting people, understanding what referrers are looking for, developing genuine connections and identifying opportunities where True Blue Care can add value.
You’ll work closely with our leadership and clinical team , with direct access to decision-makers and support on key referral and partnership opportunities.
Your role will include
- Building relationships with Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, hospital and discharge teams, SIL/SDA providers and other sector partners.
- Developing recent referral pathways and partnership opportunities.
- Managing opportunities from initial introduction through to enquiry and service commencement.
- Representing True Blue Care at meetings, networking opportunities and industry events.
- Maintaining strong follow-up and clear CRM/pipeline management.
- Sharing market insights with leadership and helping shape our growth strategy.
- Working toward clearly defined business-development and growth objectives.
About You We’re looking for someone who is genuine, commercially aware and good with people .
You’ll ideally have
- Experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement or relationship management.
- Experience within the NDIS, disability, healthcare or community-services sector.
- A good understanding of how referral relationships are developed and maintained.
- Confidence engaging with Support Coordinators, clinicians and other industry professionals.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our leadership team.
- Existing sector relationships would be highly regarded.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands that good business development is not about how many emails were sent, it is about earning trust and creating relationships that lead somewhere. What to Expect from Us
- 3 days per week
- Performance incentives
- Hybrid and field-based working
- Direct access to senior leadership and clinical leaders
- Autonomy to manage your relationships and territory
- A supportive environment where your ideas and market knowledge will genuinely influence the business
- Opportunity for the role to grow as TrueBlue Care grows
If you enjoy building relationships, opening doors and helping shape the growth of an organisation rather than simply stepping into an established sales machine, we’d like to hear from you. Apply via LinkedIn with your resume and a short introduction telling us a little about your experience and the relationships or sectors you’ve worked across.
