Business Development Manager – High-Growth FinTech Platform

Our client is a fast-scaling tech leader redefining transaction and platform infrastructure across Australia. They aren't just selling software; they are building the architecture that powers modern business. Due to explosive growth, they need a sharp, consultative Business Development Manager in Melbourne to spearhead mid-market acquisition and forge lucrative strategic partnerships.

Location: Melbourne CBD

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Base Super 50/50 OTE ($260K - $300K Package)

- Hunt & Convert: Strategically map target verticals to uncover, qualify, and close high-value mid-market deals.
- Build the Engine: Identify and cultivate referral and channel partnerships to unlock scalable recent revenue streams.
- Consultative Closing: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand intricate client workflows, pitching tailored commercial solutions that speak directly to their bottom line.
- Collaborate & Execute: Work lock-step with internal Risk, Compliance,



and Product teams to ensure flawless onboarding and clean client handovers.

What You Bring to the Table ?

- 3 years of proven, quota-crushing experience selling SaaS, FinTech, or complex software solutions.
- A relentless hunter mentality with a track record of building pipelines from scratch and winning mid-market business.
- The gravitas and commercial acumen to negotiate confidently with Founders, CEOs, and technical leaders.
