The Role Reporting directly to the Tax & Business Services Partner,



you will lead, mentor and support a small team of accounting professionals, while taking responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.

Your role will encompass a combination of technical accounting, tax, client management, team leadership and advisory work, including:

- Managing client relationships throughout the compliance process
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns across all entity types
- Reviewing work prepared by the team and providing technical guidance
- Managing, mentoring and developing team members
- Overseeing workflow and ensuring deadlines are achieved
- Providing business and tax advisory services to clients
- Identifying business development opportunities
- Assisting the Partner with the strategic direction and growth of the practice
- Undertaking complex compliance and project work as required

About You You may currently be a Senior Accountant, Supervisor or Manager within a Big Four, mid-tier or larger accounting practice and be ready for a change.

You will be looking for an environment where you can step away from the corporate structure and have greater ownership, flexibility and influence.

Ideally, you will have:

- Several years' experience in Australian public practice
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong Tax & Business Services experience




- Experience managing and reviewing accounting work
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- The ability to lead, mentor and develop junior accountants
- Strong technical and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
