BVCC has an opportunity for a FOH Supervisor to join the business, based in the Barossa. The BVCC complex is situated upon a beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyard near Tanunda.

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our café team on a permanent basis. If you thrive in a quick-paced environment and enjoy leading by example, this role offers the perfect blend of responsibility, teamwork, and customer connection, with the potential to be offered as a part-time shared role for the right candidates.

Daily Operations

- Overseeing daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Accessing change from the safe
- Ensuring break‑time compliance and supporting staff throughout service




- Responding to customer queries, feedback or concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Communicating operational issues or updates to senior management
- Making coffee and food running
- Ordering supplies
- Retail sales, stock rotation and presentation
- Staff training
- Rostering
- Upholding RSA standards and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment

About You

- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A hands‑on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Barista experience and confidence with café service

Roster & Conditions

- Permanent position with flexibility:
- Full-time role, or
- Shared part-time opportunity (approximately 3 days per week)
- Availability to work equivalent 2 weekends per month (or 1 weekend a month in shared role)
