About the role

You will help build and complete high-quality caravans and slide-on campers in a practical, safety-focused factory environment.

Key responsibilities

- Caravan and slide-on camper assembly

- Interior fit-out and finishing

- Cabinetry and furniture installation

- Aluminium or steel fabrication

- Plumbing and appliance installation

- Sealing, waterproofing and exterior finishing

- 12V Installation

- Appliance installations

- Diagnosing and correcting construction or fit-out problems

- Final quality inspections and preparation for delivery

About you

- At least two years of hands-on experience building caravans, RVs, campers or similar products

- Proven experience in caravan or slide-on camper construction

- Robust practical skills across one or more areas such as cabinetry, fabrication,



plumbing, electrical installs, assembly, sealing or finishing

- Excellent attention to detail

- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- The ability to work safely and follow established production processes

- Reliable attendance and the ability to travel to our Mutdapilly factory each working day
- A positive attitude and the ability to contribute effectively within a factory team

- Australian working rights
- A relevant trade qualification is preferred but not essential where an applicant can demonstrate substantial practical experience and high-quality work
