About the Role
As Carer, you will play an important role in supporting our residents with kindness and genuine person‑centred care. You’ll assist with daily living activities, follow individualised care plans, and work closely with our clinical team to respond to any changes in residents’ health and wellbeing. You’ll help create a safe, respectful and supportive environment where residents feel valued. This role is based at our Leederville site, working within a vibrant and welcoming community.
Available Shifts
This role follows a repeating fortnightly roster with a mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

Monday 0700 – 1300
Weds 1500 – 2000
Thurs 0700 – 1500
Friday 1500 – 2000

Weds 1500 – 2300
Sat 0600 – 1300
Sun 0600 – 1300
Shift 2 - Parental Leave Cover (Ending 30/05/2027)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, resident-focused care in line with individual care plans
- Assist residents with daily-living tasks and personal care
- Communicate and collaborate with other carers, nurses and supervisors to ensure high level care
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Escalate changes and concerns in residents' conditions through the appropriate channels
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations and workplace policies
- Use resources responsibly and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Attend meetings, participate in training, and actively develop professional skills
- Support a safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
- Perform other duties as required within the scope of your training
About You
Essential
- Demonstrated caring experience, preferably in an aged care or residential setting
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Solid attention to detail
Desirable
- Aged care, health, or community services experience
- Experience in managing complex care needs, including dementia and palliative care
- Experience with BESTMED and eCase
Mandatory Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
