The Opportunity

With the Spring Racing Carnival fast approaching, we’re looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our team in a range of Casual Food & Beverage roles. The following casual positions are available:

- F&B; Attendant – Functions & Events (Wolf Blass Event Centre)
- F&B; Attendant – Winning Post Restaurant
- F&B; Attendant – Members Bar
- Sommelier – Winning Post Restaurant (Saturdays only)

We’re seeking people with previous experience in hospitality who take pride in delivering a high standard of service and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments. - Saturday 10 October 2026 - Caulfield Guineas Day
- Saturday 17 October 2026 – Everest Day
- Saturday 24 October 2026 – Cox Plate Day
- Saturday 31 October 2026 – Victoria Derby Day
- Saturday 7 November 2026 – Champion Stakes Day

Availability to work the following key race days is highly desirable:
- Tuesday 3 November 2026 – Melbourne Cup Day
- Friday 11 December 2026 – Twilight Races
- Monday 8 March 2027 – Adelaide Cup Day

What You’ll Do

- Deliver professional, welcoming,



and high-quality customer service to members and guests
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service across a range of venues and events
- Work across diverse hospitality environments including bars, restaurants, and functions
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver the Morphettville experience
- Help create vibrant, polished, and memorable experiences on race days and event days

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment with a strong service focus
- The ability to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- A professional attitude and presentation
- Alignment with our values: Be Real, We Are One, We Create, and We Own It
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Food Safety Qualification and allergy awareness (or willingness to obtain one)
