About the Opportunity

Our Bottle-O Echuca store is looking for friendly and reliable Retail Assistants to join our team. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service and thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will be passionate about building rapport, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers discover something current, whether it's a boutique wine, a local craft beer, or a premium spirit. The position requires some flexibility around working hours, and the ability to work on weekends when required.

In this Role

· Greeting customers warmly, answering product-related questions, and offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences

· Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling cash and card payments,



and ensuring accurate transactions.

· Receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and replenishing shelves

· Keeping the store clean, organised, and visually appealing

· Ensuring all sales are conducted in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.

You're Likely a Match If

· Valid RSA Certificate

· Previous Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is ideal

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

· Team player who will contribute to a friendly working environment!
