SafeZone Training is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, engaging and people-focused Trainer & Assessor to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.
We deliver practical, industry-focused training designed to give our students the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to perform safely and effectively in the workplace.
You don’t need to already be an expert in every course we deliver.
For us, finding the right trainer comes first.
If you hold your TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment , have strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy helping people learn, we are prepared to provide training and development in the specific equipment, competencies and course areas required for the role.
Previous experience, qualifications or industry knowledge relating to our course offerings is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
What we’re looking for:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence working with students from a range of backgrounds and experience levels
- A practical, hands-on approach to training
- A strong commitment to safety and quality training outcomes
- Reliability,
professionalism and the ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop additional industry and equipment competencies
Highly regarded, but not essential:
Experience or qualifications across areas such as:
- Forklift operations
- Elevated Work Platforms
- Excavator and civil construction equipment
- Working Safely at Heights
- Confined Spaces
- Other civil construction, high-risk work or workplace safety training
