Inglewood Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery based in Mount Waverley, proudly supplying wholesale partners and coffee lovers across Melbourne and beyond. We roast, package and distribute high-quality coffee to cafés, retailers, and businesses across the region, with a strong focus on quality, freshness, and food safety. The Role

As a Pick Packer, you'll be picking, packing and prepping orders at speed to keep our roastery moving through our peak Black Friday and end of year rush. Accuracy matters, but so does pace. If you enjoy a physical, hands on job where the day flies by, this is for you.

Duties Include

- Grind and package coffee to our quality and freshness standards
- Follow food safety and handling procedures in line with HACCP requirements
- Receiving and storing stock from our suppliers




- General warehouse organisational duties and stock management
- Using the walkie stacker and pallet jack to move stock
- Maintaining OH&S; and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Cleaning and general housekeeping

Shifts Available Flexible availability is key, as shifts rotate across:

- 5:30am – 2pm
- 8:30am – 5pm
- 10:30am – 7pm

What We're Looking For

- Able to lift up to 20kg unassisted
- Comfortable being on your feet for full 8 hour shifts
- Punctual and reliable, every shift, no exceptions
- Works well as part of a team
- Fast paced and able to keep up during high-volume periods
- Strong attention to detail, even when moving quickly
- Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or fulfilment experience is a bonus but not essential
- Available across September to December, with flexibility across shift times
