The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Diploma Room Leader to join this purpose-built, nature-inspired service. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to work in a centre with industry-leading conditions, low staff turnover, and high employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in programming, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring staff, with clear pathways for career progression.

Who You’ll Be





You’re passionate about early childhood education and have a strong understanding of EYLF and NQS. You’re an experienced Room Leader, a great communicator, and a true team player who strives to deliver the highest standard of care and education.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Certificate 3 qualified
- Valid Working With Children Check
- This is a FULL TIME position
- You will require full Australian Working Rights
