About the Dental Assistant job

You will play a vital role in both clinical and front-desk operations of the practice, assisting the team in delivering exceptional patient care. The position involves:

- Managing sterilisation processes and keeping clinical supplies well-stocked
- Assisting with patient care and helping to build strong, trusting relationships
- Supporting the upkeep of a clean, safe, and hygienic treatment environment
- Handling appointment scheduling and responding to patient enquiries via phone and email

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to be part of a close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 1-year dental assisting experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills




- Quick learning ability and a proactive attitude
- Confidence working in both clinical and reception settings
- Cert III in Dental Assisting is preferred
- Either Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa allowing work in Australia
