Caffè Greco is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our FOH team.

This is a dual-role position , and the successful applicant must be confident and experienced in both coffee and bar service . We are looking for someone who can seamlessly move between the coffee machine and bar depending on the needs of service.

The Role

Barista / Bartender – Caffè Greco

Caffè Greco is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our FOH team.

This is a dual-role position , and the successful applicant must be confident and experienced in both coffee and bar service . We are looking for someone who can seamlessly move between the coffee machine and bar depending on the needs of service.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coffee, beverages and cocktails while providing friendly, professional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing high-quality coffee consistently during busy service

- Operating and maintaining the coffee machine and bar equipment

- Preparing cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and other beverages

- Taking beverage orders and providing knowledgeable recommendations

- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee and bar area

- Assisting with opening and closing duties





- Working closely with the FOH and kitchen teams

- Providing excellent customer service throughout every service

- Following venue procedures, responsible service and food safety requirements

- Remaining efficient and composed during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Previous barista experience – essential

- Previous bartending experience – essential

- Comfortable and willing to work both barista and bartender shifts

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso

- Confident with cocktails and general bar service

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, punctual and well-presented

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- Availability across weekends and busy service periods
