We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate OSHC Assistants to join our team on a casual basis in Geelong. Whether you’re already qualified or working towards a relevant certification aligned with the Victorian ACECQA National Quality Framework, we’d love to hear from you.

About you

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in their day.





You bring:

- A passion for creating engaging and meaningful experiences for young people
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- The ability to build great relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn

Your qualifications (completed or in progress)

We welcome candidates studying or qualified in areas such as:

- Education (Primary, Secondary, Early Childhood)
- Children’s Services
- Community Services
- Education Support
- Disability or Nursing
- Sport & Recreation / Physical Education
- OSHC or related fields
- Health or Allied Health (e.g. Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Music Therapy, and more)

Working hours

- Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00am
- After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:30pm
- Vacation Care: 6:30am – 6:30pm

Work both before and after school on the same day? You’ll receive a split shift allowance.
