Cataloguer – Global Mining Client | Immediate Start | Hybrid Role

Globally recognised leader in the mining sector is urgently seeking an experienced Cataloguer to join their team on a short-notice contract. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a SAP project in a high-performing and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing materials master data and cataloguing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture and maintain Materials Master Data in SAP, adhering to data governance and migration protocols
- Catalogue a wide range of Operating Supplies and Materials, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Assess material items and identify discrepancies across the catalogue
- Review and enhance existing catalogue descriptions, eliminating errors and duplications




- Standardise material descriptions in line with company formatting, data standards, and supply chain guidelines

Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in materials cataloguing, ideally within mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and written specifications
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with site-based personnel and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to data quality
