Redcape Hospitality is looking for experienced Chefs and Cooks to join the kitchen team at Peden’s Hotel in Cessnock.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook quality pub and bistro meals
- Work across grill, pans, fry, prep and other sections as required
- Deliver consistent food quality, presentation and service timing
- Support stock rotation, preparation and waste control
- Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
- Work closely with the wider team during busy service periods

Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in a pub, bistro, restaurant or busy commercial kitchen
- Trade qualifications for Chef positions,



or solid practical experience for Cook roles
- Confidence working across grill, pans, fry, prep or other kitchen sections
- Strong food safety, organisation and preparation habits
- Availability across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
- A reliable teammate who communicates well and takes pride in their work
