Your New Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced executive to take responsibility for the delivery of engineering operations, manufacturing, pre-construction and site-based project execution. Reporting into the CEO, you will drive business performance across a complex delivery environment, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Working closely with operational and commercial leaders, you will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence, while developing organisational capability and providing the leadership required to support a growing portfolio of major construction and infrastructure projects.

What You Need to Succeed To be considered for this opportunity,



you will bring at least 10 years' executive leadership experience gained within a large-scale construction, engineering or infrastructure organisation. Candidates with experience leading significant project delivery, construction operations, major projects, industrial construction or complex contracting environments will be particularly well regarded. You will possess a solid understanding of project execution, workforce management, supply chain and subcontractor oversight, workplace safety and commercial project performance, together with well-developed financial and operational leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be a visible and engaging leader with a proven ability to build high-performing teams, drive operational discipline and deliver successful outcomes across large, multifaceted construction environments.
