About the role The Barossa Valley Chocolate Company is seeking an energetic Chocolatier to join the team on a casual basis, with the view to permanent for the right candidate. The role also has the potential to be offered as a shared role. Key responsibilities

- Assist with the day-to-day production of chocolate and gelato range
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow recipes, production processes, and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
- Support the team in meeting daily production targets and quality standards

About you

- Experience in baking, cooking, food preparation, hospitality, or a production environment is highly regarded
- A genuine interest in chocolate, gelato, or artisan food production
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality products
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established processes
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work efficiently as part of a team




- Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills in a production environment
- Previous chocolatier experience is not required; full training will be provided for the right candidate

Food And Beverage Australia Limited is an agri-tourism and wine group with investments in many types of related food and beverage industries. The BVCC complex is situated upon a beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyard near Tanunda.
