About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of urban, infrastructure and regional development projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and project leaders, you'll be involved in projects from concept design through to construction. This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, build client relationships, and take ownership of your work while being supported in your professional development.

No two projects are the same. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of civil engineering challenges and play an active role in delivering practical, high-quality solutions for our clients across Queensland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare civil engineering designs, drawings and documentation for urban and infrastructure projects
- Undertake engineering calculations, technical assessments and report writing
- Support project delivery through all stages, from concept design to construction
- Assist with project and design management activities, including planning, coordination and delivery
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary project teams
- Liaise directly with clients, contractors, stakeholders and relevant authorities
- Deliver high-quality, accurate and compliant engineering outcomes
- Manage priorities across multiple projects while identifying and communicating risks early
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovative engineering solutions

About You

You are an enthusiastic and solutions-focused engineer who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You Will Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years' experience in a civil engineering consulting environment
- Experience delivering civil design solutions across urban development, local government or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency using AutoCAD and 12d, with experience using drainage and modelling software highly regarded




- Strong understanding of relevant Australian design standards, engineering principles and documentation requirements
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive approach, sound engineering judgement and a commitment to quality

Desirable

- Membership, or working towards membership, of Engineers Australia
- Progression towards Chartered status
- Exposure to project coordination or design management responsibilities
