CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role:

Tellus Civil is a steadily growing civil earthworks company, specialising in pavements, based in Geelong and servicing Western Victoria

Due to recent project wins we are looking for an experienced civil supervisor with a can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and willingness to be challenged

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- The organization & scheduling of jobs, materials, sub-contractors, team members, plant & equipment.




- Ensure all OH&S; policies and procedures are implemented and enforced in all aspects of the business.
- Managing & maintaining healthy business relationships with clients
- Daily maintenance & housekeeping of company equipment
- Daily operations including use of modern technology & project management tools
- Daily operations including management of job sites & plant & equipment
- Ability to hold & action toolbox meetings
- Ability to be hands on & be willing to complete all tasks where required
- Ability to perform & supervise various civil, excavation & construction-based tasks including bulk and detailed excavation, retaining wall construction, stormwater drainage, pavement and building pad construction
