We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team in Benalla. This is a part-time position offering approximately 15 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available for the right person.

The role is based within a gym environment and will involve maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the facility, including bathrooms, toilets, gym floors and office areas.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning office and general facility areas
- Emptying bins and maintaining overall cleanliness
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and surfaces
- Ensuring the gym is presented to a high standard for members and staff
- Completing general cleaning duties as required

All cleaning equipment and products are supplied. Hours The standard hours are approximately:

- Monday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

We are very flexible with the hours for the right person. The main requirement is that cleaning is completed outside of peak gym times,



which are generally 5:00am–8:00am and 4:00pm–8:00pm.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial or gym environment
- Takes pride in their work and has a solid eye for detail
- Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Is comfortable working independently
- Is physically fit and capable of completing regular vacuuming, mopping and other physical cleaning duties
- Has a positive and professional attitude
- Can work flexibly around the needs of the business
