This newly renovated service is looking for one ECT and one Diploma Room leader.

This stunning, purpose-built centre in Sydney's west offers an exceptional early learning environment that is spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely well resourced.
Flooded with natural light and featuring separate outdoor spaces for each age group, the centre consistently operates above ratio to ensure high-quality care and strong educator support.

The Director and wider team foster a warm, collaborative culture and are deeply committed to ongoing professional development for all educators.

The Opportunity

Two permanent positions are now available for experienced ECT and a Diploma-qualified Room Leaders. You’ll join a centre that values teamwork, supports its staff, and maintains well-staffed rooms that operate above ratio at all times

The Ideal Educator

- A diploma or ECT qualified person
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- 2 years experience in each role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in building relationships with families and the community




- Australian Full Working Rights (PR or Citizen)
- Working With Children Check and current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Please note: This is afull-time position , requiring availability 4-5 days a week .
