McArthur is looking for an organised and people-focused Allocations Consultant to join our Aged Care team in Brisbane.

Initial part-time opportunity with the potential to transition to a full-time role as the service continues to grow.

No two days will be the same. You'll connect care professionals with aged care services, respond to changing staffing needs and help ensure providers have access to a skilled and reliable workforce.

What you'll be doing

- responding to shift requests and managing on going rosters
- Working closely with the Aged Care Manager to build positive relationships with clients and candidates
- Responding to last-minute changes and finding practical solutions
- Providing administrative support

What we're looking for

We are ideally seeking someone with experience in rostering, administration or customer service who is ready to take the next step in their career.



Knowledge of the aged care sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

You’ll be someone who:

- Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Is organised and comfortable juggling competing priorities
- Communicates confidently by phone and email
- Demonstrates solid attention to detail
- Remains calm and adapts quickly to change
- Brings a positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Supportive team and hands-on training
