About the role

Mulgrave Country Club is looking for Gaming and TAB Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You'll be a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great experience for our members and guests.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering friendly, efficient service to our gaming and TAB members and patrons
- Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with queries and technical issues
- Processing cash transactions, including deposits and payouts, with accuracy
- Maintaining a clean, well‑presented gaming floor
- Upholding all relevant legislation, regulations and club policies
- Supporting the broader operations team as required

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a gaming environment
- Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate




- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Accurate cash-handling and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
