We are seeking casual Support Trainers to join our on the Sunshine Coast. You will work alongside a vibrant, values-led team to support Trainees to grow in confidence, capability and independence, while building your own career within a purpose-driven organisation committed to meaningful outcomes.

Compass Institute is looking for compassionate and motivated Support Trainers to join our team.

In this role you will:

- Support Trainees who are participating in Compass Day programs, both in groups or 1:1
- Encourage independence, confidence, and skill development
- Assist with personal care and daily support needs where required
- Follow care plans and contribute to trainee goals
- Complete progress notes and incident reporting
- Help create engaging and meaningful learning experiences

- Is patient, positive, and genuinely enjoys supporting others
- Can build robust and respectful relationships




- Is reliable, adaptable, and works well within a team
- Feels confident supporting people with complex behaviours and support needs
- Brings energy, empathy, and a willingness to learn

Position Requirements:

- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue card)
- Driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
- Experience in the disability sector highly regarded
