- Clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, speed racks and other items to facilitate food service operation.
- Maintain kitchen floor, walls and surfaces with regular sweeping and mopping or cleaning.
- Complies with standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
- Understands and practices the use of proper chemicals on property.
- Maintains knowledge of sanitation, dishwashing, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Separates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers; steam-cleans or hoses-out garbage cans and operates card board recycle compactor.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
