Sydney Health & Care Services in Wollongong, NSW is seeking experienced Mental Health & Disability Support Workers to assist participants with complex mental health needs across the Wollongong region. The role requires availability across at least 3–4 days per week and a minimum of 10–15 hours per week.

You will provide person-centred care, implement Behaviour Support Plans, support daily living activities, and maintain safety.
