The Centre

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Diploma Room Leader to join this purpose built, nature-inspired service. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to work in a centre with industry-leading conditions, low staff turnover, and high employee engagement. You’ll play a key role in programming, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring staff, with clear pathways for career progression.

Who You’ll Be
You’re passionate about early childhood education and have a strong understanding ofEYLF andNQS . You’re an experiencedRoom Leader , a great communicator, and a true team player who strives to deliver the highest standard of care and education.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or certificate 3 qualified
- ValidWorking With Children Check




- This is a FULL TIME poistion
- You will require full Australian Working Rights
