Client Liaison Officer | Residential Construction

We're currently recruiting for multiple Client Liaison opportunities with established residential builders across Perth - from high-volume volume builders through to luxury and bespoke builders.

Whether you enjoy managing a high volume of clients or working closely with clients building customised homes, we have opportunities to suit a range of experience and career goals.

The Role

As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll manage a portfolio of residential clients and play a key role throughout their building journey.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing clients from contract through to completion.
- Acting as the key point of contact throughout the build.
- Providing regular updates on progress, timelines and milestones.
- Managing client enquiries, concerns and expectations.
- Coordinating with Prestart, Construction, Estimating and Administration teams.
- Managing variations and communicating changes clearly.
- Identifying issues early and working with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Ensuring accurate client documentation and a smooth handover.

About You We're looking for experienced residential construction professionals with a strong understanding of the client journey.

You must have previous experience working directly for a residential home builder. Suitable backgrounds may include Client Liaison Officer,



Prestart Consultant or similar client-facing residential builder roles.

Ideally, you'll have experience with:

- Residential construction and the home-building process.
- Client communication and relationship management.
- Prestarts, selections and/or variations.
- Managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Working closely with construction and internal teams.
- Volume, single-storey, double-storey, luxury or bespoke homes.
- Managing client expectations and resolving issues professionally.
