We’re looking for a relationship-focused skilled to join the SW Brokerage team and help us deliver an exceptional client experience — from approval and settlement through to their future finance needs.

The role will involve

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing client communication throughout settlement and beyond
- Proactively coordinating annual reviews and future finance opportunities
- Supporting our brokers, referral partners and wider team
- Helping coordinate the day-to-day running of the office
- Ensuring no client is forgotten after settlement
