About the role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Client Services Officer to join a growing boutique financial advice practice. Working closely with the Principal Adviser, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating advice implementation, and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience throughout their financial journey.
- Execute investment and superannuation trades
- Coordinate advice implementation
- Manage super rollovers and recontribution strategies
- Liaise with clients throughout fund transfer processes
- Build strong client relationships through regular contact
- Allocate and oversee tasks completed by offshore support staff
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Client Services Officer in financial planning, ideally 3+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of superannuation and investment products
- Experience with HUB24 or similar platforms
- Confident client communication and relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
