About the role A part-time receptionist position (9am to 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) at a reputable psychology clinic near the Mascot Train Station. The role involves standard receptionist tasks in a healthcare setting where you will be the face of the business, supporting clients who may be in acute states of distress or experiencing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities

- Answer client enquiries
- Help clients with bookings
- Manage the waiting list
- Maintain the practice's supplies and tidiness
- Assist individuals who may be in acute states of distress and/or have enduring mental health struggles

- Prior work experience as a receptionist, especially in psychology practices, is desirable but not essential
