Join our Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) team as a Clinical Support Specialist, working closely with two Territory Managers, and responsible for ensuring surgeons, theatre staff and customers receive exceptional clinical support across the PRS portfolio. This is a collaborative and collegiate team where you will be given every opportunity to succeed, which you will love being a part of.

In this role, you’ll:

- Deliver exceptional clinical support during surgical procedures.
- Partner with Territory Managers to maximise customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Drive successful execution of strategic product launches.
- Lead clinical education and in servicing activities across Victoria.




- Coordinate case logistics, inventory and operational support requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, retention and business growth.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor of Science, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Health Science or related discipline preferred.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical or clinical environments.
- Previous operating theatre experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of surgical environments and hospital workflows.
- Experience supporting healthcare professionals in a clinical setting preferred.
- Current Australian driver licence and capacity to travel within Victoria and interstate as required.
