Inspired by the effortless elegance of Lake Como and the energy of coastal Europe, Club Lago is an outdoor day club experience bringing together golden afternoons, music, fashion, long lunches, spritzes and an atmosphere designed for guests to see, be seen and belong.

And behind every great Club Lago experience is a great hospitality team.

We’re looking for confident, polished and passionate hospitality professionals to join us in the lead up to our busy 2026 Spring Racing Carnival across our Club Lago bars, VIP lounges and cabanas.

If you know how to make people feel welcome, love working a busy event space and enjoy being part of an experience rather than simply serving a drink, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity

- Club Lago Mixologists

For those who know their way around a cocktail shaker and love creating a memorable bar experience. You’ll bring energy, personality and technical skill to our bars, creating cocktails and beverages while keeping the atmosphere flowing during some of Morphettville’s biggest race days.
- Club Lago VIP Hosts

Our VIP Hosts are the face of the Club Lago experience. You’ll welcome and engage with guests across our VIP lounges and trackside cabanas, anticipate their needs and make sure their day feels effortless from arrival to the final race.

This is a role for someone who is naturally personable, polished and confident engaging with premium guests.

- Club Lago F&B; Attendants

You’ll be at the heart of the action, creating seamless VIP food and beverage experiences across Club Lago. From long lunches and afternoon drinks to high-volume outdoor race-day service, you’ll help create the relaxed, elevated day club experience that makes Club Lago different.





What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for people who:

- Have previous experience in hospitality, bars, restaurants, events or premium guest service
- Genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests
- Are confident, friendly and naturally comfortable engaging with people
- Can maintain a polished and professional presentation in a premium hospitality environment
- Thrive when the pace picks up and know how to stay calm, organised and positive
- Take pride in the small details that make a guest experience exceptional
- Work well as part of a team and are happy to jump in wherever needed
- Bring personality and energy while understanding what great service looks like
- Take ownership and aren't afraid to use their initiative
- Hold a current RSA

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who want to be there. Club Lago is social, energetic and highly guest-focused. If you love hospitality, enjoy working with people and get a buzz from a busy race day, you’ll fit right in.

To be considered for Club Lago, availability and commitment to the following key race days is essential:

- Saturday 10 October 2026 – Caulfield Guineas Day
- Saturday 17 October 2026 – Everest Day
- Saturday 24 October 2026 – Cox Plate Day
- Saturday 31 October 2026 – Victoria Derby Day
- Saturday 7 November 2026 – Champion Stakes Day

Availability for the following days is highly desirable:




- Tuesday 3 November 2026 – Melbourne Cup Day
- Friday 11 December 2026 – Twilight Races
- Monday 8 March 2027 – Adelaide Cup Day

There will also be opportunities to work additional race days, functions and events throughout the season.
