Paradise Bar Echuca is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our small, high-performing team.

This role suits a confident, professional bartender who knows their classics, understands cost control, and can create exciting cocktails that align with a tropical, high-end venue.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality cocktails, excellent customer service, and maintaining strong operational standards across the bar.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard
- Develop new cocktails in line with current trends and our tropical venue style
- Complete cocktail costings (COGs) for all current menu items
- Maintain accurate stocktakes and assist with stock ordering
- Work collaboratively with our restaurant and café teams to coordinate stock ordering and transfers
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleaning schedules, and temperature checks are maintained
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently when required and as part of a small team

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and cocktail techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills




- High level of English language proficiency
- Sound understanding of bar operations, stock control, and food safety
- Ability to work evenings and late nights
- Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
- Valid work visa required for employment in Australia
- Flexibility to work mixed shift patterns including days, evenings, and weekends

Highly Regarded

- Experience working in premium or cocktail-focused venues
- Confidence in menu development and creative cocktail design
- Experience working across multiple hospitality venues or groups
