Realmark Commercial Pilbara is looking for an experienced Commercial / Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive to take the lead in Karratha and grow our already strong presence in the region.
This opportunity may suit someone ready to relocate from Perth or a local professional looking for the next step in their commercial/industrial property career. Ideally you will be located in Karratha however for the right person there is also consideration for the role to be FIFO from Perth.
Important: Please do not apply unless you have Commercial/Industrial Sales & Leasing experience and hold Sales Registration (or eligibility via mutual recognition) and are based in Karratha or willing to relocate.
About Us
Realmark Commercial Pilbara operates across towns throughout the Pilbara region, with Offices in South Hedland, Newman and staff working remotely across WA. We already manage a significant commercial rental portfolio in Karratha and have made strong progress in commercial sales and leasing. We are now looking for the right person to take Karratha to the next stage.
The Role
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Prospecting commercial and industrial owners across Karratha, Roebourne, Onslow and Tom Price
- Preparing sales and leasing appraisals (strong Excel skills required)
- Preparing Sales & Leasing Contracts and negotiating with Tenants & Buyers
- Managing client communication, phone and email
- Conducting property inspections and condition reports
- Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
- Business development and building market presence
- Supporting marketing and promotion of listings
You’ll need to be self-motivated, organised and disciplined, with the ability to manage your own workload and maintain strong client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Commercial / Industrial Sales & Leasing
- Unrestricted Sales Registration in WA (or ability to transfer from another state)
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Someone who enjoys being part of a connected, supportive team
