We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, accountability and proactive engagement to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of owned assets. This is a rare opportunity to make a tangible impact — identifying, initiating, and delivering improvements that enhance property performance and strengthen business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the effective management, operation, and compliance of all owned properties.
- Manage the full lease lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, and documentation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance, compliance, and property standards align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners.
- Provide clear communication and updates on property and lease matters to internal teams.
- Monitor rentals and outgoings to ensure accuracy, transparency,



and compliance with the Retail Leases Act.
- Ensure all financial obligations are met in the company’s capacity as landlord.
- Interpret lease terms and manage expectations where disputes or ambiguities arise.
- Review and coordinate tenant fit-outs.
- Assist finance team to manage the authorisation, payment, and recovery of all property-related expenses.

About You

- Proven experience managing commercial and retail property portfolios.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge of Retail Lease Legislation and its practical application.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in reading, interpreting, and administering complex lease documentation.
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
