Associate to Senior Associate A boutique commercial law firm is expanding its Commercial and Tax practice across Sydney and Adelaide.

We are currently hiring lawyers at Associate to junior Senior Associate level, ideally with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE.

Two opportunities are available in Sydney, with the flexibility for one of the roles to be based in Adelaide. The successful candidates will work primarily with Sydney-based clients and report to experienced Directors in Adelaide. The Directors travel regularly to Sydney, and there is scope for the right person to progress toward Directorship over time.

The successful candidates will work across:

- Commercial transactions and structuring, including associated tax matters
- Corporate advisory and general commercial matters
- Succession planning for business owners and family groups
- Property and trust-related matters
- Tax advisory, including CGT, stamp duty and broader revenue matters
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers

This prospect would suit a commercially minded lawyer with an interest in tax, structuring and private client advisory. Formal tax qualifications are not essential. We are also particularly interested in candidates who have taken a less traditional career path, including those who commenced their careers in accounting or tax before moving into law and developing broader commercial expertise.
