- Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of successful leadership within the fashion industry.

- Exceptional communication skills with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively and harness team strengths to drive innovation within the store.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organisational abilities and desire to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
