We work in the markets that are actually moving: AI, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, DevOps, Identity, FinTech, HR Tech and more. Now we need a Conference Producer who can take a portfolio, make it theirs and run it from first idea to full house.

Role overview

Over this 6-month contract, you'll take the wheel on a portfolio that will run to around 50 conferences in 2027 across Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Singapore, US and our recent push into Europe.

Day to day, you'll:

- Spot the themes senior tech leaders are actually prioritising, before everyone else does
- Pressure-test those themes against the real market
- Build agendas that are commercially sharp and genuinely useful to the room
- Land credible, senior speakers who bring stories worth showing up for
- Run a speaker process that's tight, professional and never scrambles
- Sit with sponsors directly and deliver on what was promised
- Own your timelines, your content quality, your portfolio's performance
- Team up with marketing and sales to get the right people in the room




- Show up onsite, hands-on, and keep raising the bar on the experience

You'll report to our Head of Production, but the vision for your programs is yours to execute.

Who we're looking for

Someone senior enough to hit the ground running on a warm portfolio from day one but still hungry to grow it.

Requirements

Must have

- 2–3 years in conference production, B2B events or agency life
- A researcher's instinct you see the pattern before it's obvious
- The confidence to talk to senior executives like peers
- Real commercial awareness, sponsors invest for ROI and you get that
- High standards, sharp attention to detail
- A restless creative streak, you're not interested in doing conferences the way they've always been done
- Ambitious, with the appetite to prove yourself fast and grow with a company that's growing fast
