About the role

We are a leading SEQ Construction company and are seeking a skilled and dedicated Concreter's and Laborer's to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality concrete work, from preparation through to finishing, contributing directly to the success of our project.

This role is a 5 month full time contract working Monday-Friday. This may also lead to other positions within the company pending performance targets are met.

Duties of the role:

- Assist with formwork installation, stripping and structural preparation
- Pouring, and finishing concrete to specified standards and designs
- Maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure ongoing productivity and safety
- Following detailed instructions and working collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies The successful candidate will have the following skills/ attributes:
- Proven experience as a concreter or concrete labourer,



preferably within the building trades or construction industry,
- Solid understanding of concrete finishing,
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and site instructions,
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour onsite,
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to regional area,
- White Card (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety standards
