About the RoleAs Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from delivery through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage multiple commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and site activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor project quality, timelines and budgets.
- Resolve construction challenges with practical, effective solutions.
- Contribute to estimating and project planning activities.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

About YouWe’re looking for a proactive and experienced construction professional who brings strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.





You’ll ideally have

- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects.
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of construction safety and compliance.
- The ability to lead, support and motivate project teams.
- Estimating experience, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- A hands-on trade background, such as carpentry, or extensive on-site construction experience.

Essential Requirements
- Valid South Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Construction White Card.
- Demonstrated construction project management experience.
- Commercial construction experience.

Desirable:

- Relevant construction trade qualification.
- Bachelor of Construction or related qualification.
