Hybrid working

Our client is in the AgTech space- they are scaling fast, expanding well beyond the product that made its name and the marketing team is being properly built out for the first time. This is a brand new role sitting alongside the Creative Director.

This role is not scheduling posts and chasing engagement metrics. Whoever takes it will be shaping how a technology company talks to rural Australia, which means getting out to farms, listening properly and coming back with stories worth telling. If you know agriculture and you can shoot, edit and write, there are not many roles where both halves of that get used this well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Shoot and edit video, take photography, and build graphics and digital assets from scratch
- Cut content into formats that suit each platform rather than pushing the same file everywhere
- Run the organic social channels day to day, including planning what goes out and when
- Get out on the road to farms and customer sites to capture producer stories, product demos and real footage of the gear doing its job




- Write and produce customer emails and lifecycle communications
- Build creative for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and display, including variations for testing
- Put together motion graphics and easy animation
- Cover the full range of content the business needs, from brand storytelling through to how-to guides and product explainers
- Build and maintain an organised library so good footage gets used more than once
- Watch how content performs and let that shape what gets made next

REQUIREMENTS

- A track record making content for social, digital and customer channels
- You can carry a shoot end to end, from filming through to a finished edit
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, CapCut or your own equivalent toolkit
- Some motion design capability
- You can write well
- You understand social platforms and where audiences are moving
- A real connection to farming, agriculture or rural life. This is the one that matters most. Plenty of people can make a slick reel; far fewer can make something a producer finds credible
