This role is responsible for creating highly-quality, engaging, and original content for various platforms such as websites, PR, Annual Report, Social Media, and marketing materials. This role requires strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and technical expertise to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Main Duties

- Develop and publish high-quality content for public relation, articles, product descriptions, social media and the bank’s website;
- Conduct research on topics and subjects to ensure accuracy, relevance of content and up to date;
- Proofread and perform quality control on content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency;
- Edit and revise content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality;
- Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns;
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the bank’s current content;
- Track and analyze content performance using metrics (e.g., views, engagement, clicks) to inform future content strategies;
- Perform other task as assigned by line manager.

Skills/ Experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing or a related field
- Robust writing and editing skills with attention to detail.




- Ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones. Ability to work independently and have a high sense of teamwork.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align marketing with business goals and maximize resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying ideas, engaging stakeholders, and creating impactful marketing content.
- Creative mindset, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Professional and strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn.
