About the location
Based in Archerfield, you’ll join our growing Queensland team in a cooperative, design-led environment. As our Queensland operations continue to grow, we’re also excited about our upcoming move to Yatala in 2027, where we’ll be expanding into a larger, modern office and manufacturing facility designed to support our next stage of growth.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in Archerfield.
Reporting to the Construction Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual delivery of our projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams to manage contracts, procurement, project financials and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced construction environment.
Your day to day will include:
- Supporting project establishment, including financial and contractual systems, scopes and project programs.
- Managing subcontractor tendering, procurement, engagement and contract administration processes.
- Preparing and processing progress claims, variation claims and other contractual documentation.
- Monitoring project financials, forecasts, cash flow and budget information to support strong commercial outcomes.
- Identifying contractual and financial risks and working with project teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and achieve practical outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role within construction, manufacturing or modular building.
- Experience managing subcontractor tendering, procurement and contract administration.
- Strong understanding of progress claims, variations, contracts and contractual documentation.
- Experience with project management or contract administration systems such as Jobpac, ProcurePro, Payapps, Aconex or similar.
- Understanding of project financials, cash flow forecasting, budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and commercial skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in modular construction or prefabrication is highly regarded.
- Practical experience with Jobpac is desirable.
