Help shape how WTW navigates complex legal matters across Australia, Recent Zealand and the Pacific Islands. In this high impact role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to business leaders—driving pragmatic legal solutions on contracts, disputes, M&A;, employment and regulatory developments—while collaborating closely with our global Office of General Counsel. This role is based in Sydney.
The Role
- Advise Pacific leadership teams on general and transactional legal matters, providing clear, commercial guidance.
- Lead and support functional projects and improvement initiatives aligned to OGC and WTW objectives.
- Engage effectively with regulators, vendors, outside counsel and other stakeholders to manage risk and protect WTW’s reputation.
- Manage external legal spend in line with OGC guidelines, working collaboratively with global OGC teams.
