COMPANY:

ROLE: CRA/Sr. CRA:

As a CRA/Senior CRA, you will support innovative Phase I and II clinical trials while helping expand our capabilities into Phase III and IV programs. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with sponsors, investigators, and leadership while contributing to the growth of REV Clinical in Australia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits across Australia.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, TGA regulations, protocols, and SOPs.




- Develop strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
- Monitor patient safety, data quality, and protocol compliance.
- Support enrollment and site performance initiatives.
- Prepare monitoring reports within required timelines.
- Support audits and inspections.
- Mentor junior CRAs where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 5+ years of clinical monitoring experience.
- Oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Experience monitoring Phase I/II studies; Phase III/IV exposure desirable.
- Robust knowledge of ICH-GCP and Australian regulations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
- Must be located in Melbourne.

Preferred

- Oncology clinical trial experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in Neurology, Ophthalmology, or Rare Disease research.
- Global or multi-country study management experience.
- Early-phase (Phase I/II) experience.
