Creative professional responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective visual communications solutions that align with the bank’s brand strategy and goals. This role requires exceptional design skills, creativity, and strategic thinking to develop designs that engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive business results.

Main Duties

- Design and maintain the bank’s visual identity, logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery to ensure following branding guidelines;
- Develop creative concepts and execute designs for a wide range of print and digital materials (brochures, posters, flyers, websites, social media assets, etc.);
- Design and produce high-quality design materials that meet project requirements and are on-brand;
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to ensure consistent design quality and knowledge sharing across the team;
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve design skills and knowledge;
- Ensure high-quality designs meet the bank’s standards and are error-free;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, content creation) to ensure design solutions align with The Bank’s objectives;
- Perform other task as assigned by line manager.

Skills/ Experiences

- Degree/Professional qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, IT or equivalent.




- 1-2 years’ experience in design with visual focus communication.

- Portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills in various mediums (print, digital), and positive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with electronic design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and other graphics tools.
- Possess a conceptual skill, high level sense of design, layout and a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions.
